We may also receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and site activity through hosting and security systems.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare and deliver Property Snapshots, communicate about property questions or requested services, maintain records, secure and improve the website, and comply with legal and brokerage obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by providers that support the requested service, including website hosting and WordPress, email delivery, booking, customer relationship management, the United States Census geocoder for address verification, and an artificial-intelligence provider used to help organize a Property Snapshot. Information may also be disclosed to Skyline Properties, Inc., professional advisers, regulators, or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required. Grid & Haven does not sell personal information.
Property Snapshot information
A submitted property address may be sent to the U.S. Census geocoder for address matching. The address and available geographic context may be processed by an AI service to help generate the requested first read. Snapshot requests and results may be stored in the website and forwarded to a customer relationship system so the request can be fulfilled and followed up.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, brokerage and recordkeeping responsibilities, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, subject to applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations. You may also ask that non-transactional follow-up stop. Contact hello@gridandhaven.com.
Children and sensitive information
This website is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the website forms.
